The following represent our Terms and Conditions for using this website and, by accessing the website and/or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by them.  If, for some reason, you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, then you may not use or access this website.

All delivery charges are shown on our web site at time of purchase and for customers to agree.  If you have any concerns about postage fell free to contact to us.

PAYMENT FOR ORDERS

The preferred and secure method for payment is ‘on-line’ with payment by PayPal, credit or debit card. Our site uses the latest encryption technology, allowing you to use your cards with confidence.  If, for some reason, paying on-line is not possible you can contact our order hotline on 01509 2134433 or email us at graham@fortriss.co.uk.

We do not store or share credit or debit card details nor do we share customers details with any third parties.  We are committed to abide by the Information Commissioners Office code of conduct that sets the UK standard for the management and confidentiality of personal data.

DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE GOODS RECEIVED

We MUST be notified within 3 working days of any incomplete orders; items missing from your order on receipt OR goods damaged in transit.  Any problems will be difficult to resolve after this period.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY / CANCELLATION RIGHTS

If you are not happy with the products received, within 14 working days of receiving the goods, simply return the items to our Loughborough address below. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are sent back using a safe and secure method. You must also take reasonable care of the goods.

Refunds (excluding postage) will be given within 30 days of cancellation. We will only refund the postage back to you if WE have made a mistake, e.g. sent out the incorrect size etc.

Exchanges: Please state clearly the PRODUCT CODE, NAME, AND SIZE of any exchange items. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are sent back using a safe and secure method. You must also take reasonable care of the goods. If you need replacement items, we will have to charge you postage for these (even if the original order may have been postage free)

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

If you return an item to us outside of the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we may not refund you. The item may be returned to you at your expense and you will be notified of this and any other charges. If you choose to send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. This will not constitute any admission that we have failed to honour in full our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

ANTI-FRAUD MEASURES

We operate a strict security check procedure, to ensure your credit card details are being used by only you. This may occasionally delay the dispatch of your items for any of the following reasons.

  1. Your order is being delivered to an address other than that registered to your credit card.
    2. Your card details are not available for address verification from the Bank (usually cards registered overseas)
    3. Your card details have failed the address verification from the Bank.
    4. The security number on the reverse of the card has been entered incorrectly.
    5. Higher value orders are more likely to be checked more thoroughly.

In the event of your order being held for any of the reasons above, one of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends) by phone or email. You may then be asked to fax us confirmation of you details, change the delivery address, confirm by post your billing address or use different card details. We cannot be held responsible for any delay on your goods and the order will not be considered confirmed until you have verified your details with us.

The terms and conditions described here do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
